Payment and Order Terms

No refunds are made after payment through the web payment system. Since SMSVerifyy.com works with a balance logic, you will not be charged for unsuccessful transactions, and your money will be refunded to your SMSVerifyy.com account as SMSVerifyy.com balance. You can use your balance for a different country for the same service or for a different service; refunds are only made as SMSVerifyy balance.
You cannot request a refund due to policy changes made by the platforms from which you receive SMS. SMSVerifyy.com provides one-time SMS service for account creation or login and similar actions on the selected "x" platform. There is no extra process we commit to or any other guarantee we give.

It is your responsibility to check that the service and country you have chosen are the same as the service and country you want before placing an order. After placing an order, check the correctness of your order before entering the number given to you in the number section of the platform you have chosen and directing an SMS code to the number. If you made an incorrect order, you can cancel it via the "cancel" button located on the far right of the relevant number's row on the "my orders" page. If you cancel the order by clicking the cancel button, your balance will be automatically refunded to your SMSVerifyy.com account without any deduction.
If you enter the number given to you in the number section of the platform you have chosen after placing an order and direct an SMS code to the number, and as a result of the SMS forwarding we made, a code comes to the number, this transaction is considered "successful" and under no circumstances is a refund made for successful transactions.
The "code" column in the orders section is updated every 3 seconds. Our numbers are virtual and, depending on the service, non-virtual numbers created to be used for the first time and only once on the platform you choose. At the moment you place an order, the number is activated only for you to receive SMS once, after the transaction is completed, it is canceled and deleted. You cannot receive SMS to the same number a second time. Therefore, it is not recommended to create zero accounts with the numbers, when you log in again with zero accounts created with the numbers, you may fall into SMS verification. In this case, since you cannot receive SMS a second time with the same number, the account may be locked. Cancellation and Refund Terms

The cancellation process can be done manually from the orders page within the first 10 minutes of the transaction in case the SMS does not arrive. If the SMS still has not arrived at the end of 10 minutes, the system cancels the transaction and refunds your balance.
Numbers purchased may be transferred to someone else after use. No refund is made in this case.
After the SMS is sent by entering the number on the platform where you will use it, the transaction cannot be canceled for any reason, and the balance cannot be refunded from the moment the status column on the orders page is "successful", meaning the verification code has arrived.

Numbers belonging to any supplier may be out of use at any time. SMSVerifyy.com is not the main distributor, we do not have a chance to intervene in problems originating from the main distributor. No refund can be requested in this case. You can try numbers of the same supplier belonging to different countries or numbers belonging to a different supplier of ours with your current balance.

Supplier and Stock Terms

SMSVerifyy.com does not accept any responsibility in case the service selected for the verification process becomes unusable due to an update or any change made by the service/application/site (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) in their own systems. In this case, it is necessary to wait for the supplier sites to take action regarding the relevant update or change and reactivate the service.

As SMSVerifyy.com, for all platforms we serve, it is sufficient for the person who creates/wants to create membership to have any mail (Yandex, Google, etc.) that the person creating membership can obtain for free from the internet and a phone number belonging to the countries that the relevant platform allows to send verification code as software. A person who wants to create membership on these platforms can easily have as many memberships as they have mail and phone numbers by obtaining mail from any mail platform in the world and obtaining a physical card from any GSM operator.
